Our Brazilian rodizio served wedding packages really do bring theatre to your big day. they deliver a real wow factor, two-foot-long skewers with meats brought to the tables and sliced onto guests’ plates. chicken, pork, lamb, sausages, steak and vegetables are all on the menu. Complimented by freshly prepared sides, rice, salads, potatoes, and gourmet bread.. roasted pineapples to cleanse the palate. Full marinated salmons can be part of your choice list too, however, these cant be served off the skewer.
All of the above can be served as a buffet option if you don’t want table-served food.
Hand made Brazilian canapes are available too, Salgadhinos are a fabulous south American snack, and vegetable/chicken/cheese and ham/minced meat with herbs are fried on site. Our staff will mingle with you and your guest’s pre-wedding breakfast and offer these on silver platters.
Evening food is also available, full pigs cooked and carved served as a sandwich option or a plated meal, bacon or sausage sandwiches. Aberdeen angus quarter pounders served on brioche with cheese and sauces to accompany. No need to fret about your vegetarian and vegan guests as meat-free options are also on the menu.

We’ve lost count of the number of private parties, birthdays, anniversaries etc we’ve had the pleasure of cooking for.. catering from thirty guests upto as many as you can squeeze in, its what we do… fresh food, lovingly prepared, cooked and served with a smile.. we’ll gladly build a barbecue menu with you. talk through all the options.
Our setup requires a three-meter by three-meter space which means virtually all gardens are a go.. we never bring food already cooked, it’s done on-site whilst you relax with friends and family. let us do the hard bit, serve a fabulous barbecue, tidy up and leave you to it.
