Frequently Asked Questions
How far do you travel?
We cover the UK including Manchester, Chester and Liverpool for weddings, corporate events and private functions (a travel fee may be applicable depending on mileage and number of guests).
What you can expect from us?
Your event is our top priority, direct contact with steve to arrange/plan and ultimately deliver a first class service.
What do we need from you?
Access to electricity and water, apart from that we are totally self-sufficient.
What time will you arrive?
Generally three and a half hours before the serve for a wedding, two and a half hours for a private function or corporate event.
How many staff do you bring?
This depends on the amount of guests and bbq choices, a Brazilian bbq served to the tables requires more staff.
Why do we not advertise our prices?
We offer a bespoke service and although we do operate on a price per head basis we much prefer to build a relationship with all our clients.

We had these guys for our wedding. They supplied a hog roast on Friday and the Rodizio for our wedding breakfast on Saturday. The hog roast was delicious, despite offering good portion sizes, I’m glad we ordered extra because our guests could not get enough.
